This registration is mandatory for the purposes of tourist tax collection, official tourism statistics, and compliance with tourism-related legal obligations.
The personal data we collect from you (such as name, nationality, date of birth, and travel document details) is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling this legal guest registration requirement. Your data is submitted exclusively to the official Croatian tourism and government systems responsible for tourism regulation.
We do not share your personal data with any unrelated third parties. All data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Croatian data protection laws. Your data is stored only for the period required by Croatian law, after which it is securely deleted.
As the accommodation provider, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
